We called at Papeete on Tahiti Island, the largest island in French Polynesia and our first port of call in 2026. Surrounded by a beautiful lagoon, the crystal-clear sea and the tropical flowers blooming in abundance heightened the feeling of being in a true island paradise. Often referred to as the “Paradise of the South Seas,” Tahiti offered an experience we were able to enjoy to the fullest—with all our senses.
