After departing from Reykjavik, the ship passed through the Arctic Circle and crossed the Atlantic Ocean. On this day, from the ship’s deck, we were treated to the mesmerizing sight of drift ice slowly floating across the vast ocean. Bundled up in warm clothing and holding hot drinks, everyone took time to quietly admire the icy landscape. Occasionally, as large chunks of ice drifted by, spontaneous cheers of “wow!” could be heard from onlookers.
