South African History and Lucky’s Story

Guest Educator Tamsanqa “Lucky” Ngamrana, Project Coordinator at the Missionvale Care Center—a non-profit organisation in a township in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), South Africa—led this session. The Center focuses on sustainable development, including poverty alleviation and youth employment support. Having been supported by the center himself, Lucky now helps manage and maintain it. During the lecture, he shared South Africa’s history, including the more than 40 years of apartheid, alongside his own life story.
