Cruise Report

Today is Malaysia Day. On September 16, 1963 the country of Malaysia was established including North Borneo and Sarawak. Malaysia Day commemorates this every year, and several events related to Malaysia were held onboard too.

Here participants are learning about the wide variety of cultures, songs, and languages in Malaysia. 

In the Free Space, members of the Ukulele Fan Club are singing songs in Malay! Passers-by stopped to listen, and everyone enjoyed learning about another new culture.
