時差調整

在遊輪旅行中，為了與下一個停靠港的時間相符，會以每小時為單位進行時差調整，直到到達目的地為止。與飛機旅行不同，慢慢地調整時差可以避免時差症候群，並且可以每天舒適地度過。在和平船的航程中，如果是往西邊航行，一到時區，晚上12點就會把時間調整回去一小時，所以有人會感覺「時差的那一天感覺自己多了一個小時」。
