To the World Heritage Site of Iguazu Falls

From Puerto Madryn, we temporarily left the ship and visited Iguazu Falls, a UNESCO World Heritage Site straddling the border between Argentina and Brazil. Counted among the world’s three greatest waterfalls, Iguazu is on an entirely different scale—boasting one of the largest water volumes and widest spans on the planet. The sheer force of water plunging into the horseshoe-shaped chasm was breathtaking, and together with the rising mist and the deep green jungle stretching all around, this was a magnificent experience that allowed us to feel the immense power of Iguazu with our whole being.
