We arrived in Mauritius, an island nation in the Indian Ocean known for its beautiful coral-fringed seas. During our stop in Port Louis, we visited an NGO that supports children facing various challenges, such as separation from their parents and poverty. After learning about their activities, we shared lunch together and enjoyed spending time interacting. Through origami, drawing, singing, and dancing, we connected beyond differences in language and background. The time we spent together became an irreplaceable memory of our journey.
