After departing from Singapore, the Pacific World continues its voyage toward ports in the Southern Hemisphere. On this day, a special event was held on deck to coincide with the moment of crossing the Equator, the line at 0° latitude that divides the Earth into the Northern and Southern Hemispheres. Everyone came well prepared, wearing red-themed outfits and accessories in honor of the Equator, which in many East Asian languages translates as ” “red way” or “red road”. From here, the journey into the Southern Hemisphere truly begins.
