Valparaiso, which means “Valley of Heaven” in Spanish, is a picturesque port town with architecture influenced by immigrants from all over the world. The entire town is registered as a World Cultural Heritage Site. We visited the Plaza de Sotomayor, a very lively center popular with locals and tourists alike.
