Cruise Report

The Peace Boat Landmine Abolition Campaign (P-MAC) supports government agencies and NGOs involved in landmine removal in countries such as Cambodia. During this cruise, a group of passengers disembarked temporarily in Hong Kong and traveled to Cambodia for a 5-day optional tour. This study programme visited organizations supporting landmine victims’ self-sufficiency and villages where landmines have been removed through support by the project. An event was held back on the ship for participants to report back, with many people listening attentively as they shared their experiences.
