Our ship docked at Tenerife, the largest of Spain’s Canary Islands, located in the Atlantic Ocean closer to Africa than to mainland Spain. This unique location is reflected in the city’s rich blend of cultures and history.
In the UNESCO World Heritage Site of San Cristóbal de La Laguna, we were welcomed by colorful houses, beautiful churches, and well-preserved streets that recall the Age of Exploration.
