On this voyage, Peace Boat is hosting for the first time a “Yosakoi Program.” Hailing from Kochi Prefecture in Japan, the “Honiya” yosakoi dance troupe teacher Ryota Okada is onboard along with all the music and clothes to produce a full performance. With participants in this voyage from all over the world, there are around 80 members now taking part in the program. In the practice space you can hear the chimes ring out as the dance members move in unison, practicing for their performance. With all thoughts trained towards the big day, it will undoubtedly be a sight to see!
