On this voyage there is a newly married couple who came onboard as part of their honeymoon, and prior to departure they had said that they would love to have a wedding ceremony onboard. Borrowing the skills and talents of the other passengers onboard, today a program was put together, hair and makeup was done, and one of the most unique weddings in the world took place in the Pacific Ocean.

Onboard calls of congratulations rang out from their friends, and everyone in attendance was beautifully dressed in traditional clothing bought in various ports from across the voyage. With a yosakoi performance, singing and dancing, the venue was filled with warm energy and well-wishers cheering on the bright future that lies ahead of the couple.
