[103rd Cruise Report]Onboard Culture School -Good Night Yoga-


Yoga is one of the most popular culture school lessons onboard. In addition to daytime classes, we have “good-night yoga” classes in the evening. “Let’s check your body. Did you have any pain in your body today?” The instructor Kudo Noriko gives advice for participants to let each muscle go relax. Participants are reminded that there’s no quick solution for one part of their body to remedy, but muscles are all connected and they have to be taken care wholly. Here and there, Kudo hustles the participants to push themselves a little bit. At the end of the class, participants are nicely relaxed and tired, ready to sleep. Between busy port days, participants refresh their body and minds to get ready for the next excursion.
