This session was presented by guest speaker Zhang Daijun, an oracle bone script scholar, calligrapher, and seal engraver. Through oracle bone script—considered a key origin of Chinese civilization—he explored ancient Chinese social life, religious views, and governance. Participants gained fresh insights into the deep appeal of these ancient characters, which remain connected to modern Chinese characters.
