There are many different ways to exercise. However for the elderly, it is not easy to go running in the gym. There is a kind of exercise that you can do while sitting in a chair. Mr.Wan Sai Pun , a passenger from Singapore, teaches us how to do it. He himself does it all the time.

He said he sees many elderly in Singapore couldn’t walk straight and fall down easily. Therefore, he does this exercise all the time and want to share with everyone on board.
